6. BIN Data and Accuracy

BIN/IIN data provided by bins360 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational purposes only. bins360 uses an internal BIN reference dataset maintained and updated over time from multiple commercial, public, and partner sources, and is not an official card network, issuer, or bank database. bins360 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or ongoing validity of any data or lookup result. Card networks, issuers, and financial institutions may change BIN assignments or related data at any time without notice. You should not rely solely on bins360 data for compliance, regulatory, underwriting, routing, fraud, risk, or other business or operational decisions, and you are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bins360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if bins360 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
